Show Me Christmas Lights Installation Kansas City / Independence
Christmas Light Installation in Independence, MO
A big, old, proud city with square blocks and real front porches. Plenty of house to light, and plenty of neighbors watching.
Around town
Old Independence, lit properly.
One of the oldest cities in the metro, and one of the easiest to light well — if you respect what is already there.
Around the square
The streets off the Truman Road square hold the city's oldest housing — porches, brackets, tall narrow windows. Warm white only here. C9s along the original rooflines, wreaths at the windows, garland down the porch rail, and the house does the rest itself.
The established neighborhoods
Most of Independence is solid postwar brick with a level eave and a genuine front yard. That is close to the ideal lighting canvas: one clean run reads perfectly from the street, and there is room for a wrapped tree without crowding.
The eastern edges
Newer building out toward the county line runs bigger — two-story entries, multiple gables, three-car garages. That geometry takes crisp white C9s that read from two streets away.
Businesses on the main roads
Storefronts and offices along Noland and 24 Highway get installed after close and maintained nightly. Your frontage is lit every evening you are open. That is the arrangement.
Every Independence install includes: commercial-grade C9 LEDs, design, installation, all-season maintenance, January takedown and storage. One quote, one number.
A large, varied city
From the Square to the eastern edge
Independence covers a great deal of ground and most of the eras of housing this metro has to offer — nineteenth-century homes near the Square, post-war streets through the middle, and newer subdivision building out east. Each wants a different treatment and we quote them differently.
The historic housing gets clips only and warm white traced along the original lines. The post-war streets get one long level run with the entry lit. The newer builds get each gable outlined so the elevation keeps its shape. All of it is measured on site before a number goes on paper.
