Show Me Christmas Lights Installation Kansas City / Grain Valley
Christmas Light Installation in Grain Valley, MO
A fast-growing eastern suburb where most of the housing is newer and the rooflines are made for this.
East of the metro
New construction, clean geometry.
Grain Valley has grown quickly, which means most of what we light here is newer building with generous, well-shaped elevations.
Multiple gables
Three or four separate peaks across a front is the norm here. Traced individually they give the house real depth after dark.
Two-story entries
The tall entry gable is the highest-impact run on a new build and the one nobody should be laddering to in December. That is lift work.
HOA-clean
Uniform spacing, matched color temperature, crisp corners. If the subdivision cares how it looks, that standard is the whole point of hiring somebody.
Every install includes commercial-grade LEDs cut to your exact eave, install, maintenance, takedown and storage.
Newer housing
Subdivision gables, done properly
Most of Grain Valley is newer construction, which usually means a two-storey front with several gables and a tall entry. The mistake is running a single line across the whole thing: at night the elevation flattens out into one bright shape and the house loses its architecture.
Each peak gets its own run, cut to the actual gable rather than stretched from a stock length, and the entry gets lit so the front door still reads from the street. Clips are chosen so nothing is fastened into fascia that is still under warranty.
