Two very different jobs in one town
A house in Edgerton and a building at the logistics park are not the same work. Residential runs are quoted by the foot of eave with the design done to the elevation; commercial frontage is quoted on access, height and the hours we are allowed on site, because most of it has to happen outside operating time.
What both share is the maintenance. Commercial frontage that goes dark mid-December is worse than no frontage at all, so business installs are checked through the season and repaired without a call-out fee, same as the houses.
